Vatn Architecture is an Oslo-based practice founded by Espen Vatn. We work for private and public clients, and companies on commissions ranging from house extensions and interiors to public buildings and residential development. We pay close attention to how buildings are put together and to how they endure through weather, maintenance, and occupation.

Espen Vatn studied architecture at The Cooper Union in New York. Alongside practice, Vatn has taught architecture at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Bergen School of Architecture, the University of Hong Kong, the University of Illinois Chicago, and the University of Navarra in Pamplona.
