The project is a viewing platform overlooking Husøy on a scenic stretch in the North of Norway. The site is a place where people naturally stop to look at the view of the fjord and the the island of Husøy.

The frame of the project is set by a simple rectangular plan consisting of stairs that takes you out into the landscape. The rectangular plan assimilates existing trails and natural movement patterns on the plot and also creates an unexpected relationship with nature through its abstraction. The project is located in the balance point between a geometry that both relate to but also breaks with the logic landscape.
